These terms are being finalized with legal counsel and will be completed before this page is indexed. In the meantime, here is what already governs your use of OFGenerator.
Your account
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
Credits and billing
New accounts receive 25 free credits. Paid plans and one-off recharges are billed through Stripe. Credits are deducted when you start a generation and refunded automatically if that generation fails.
Your content
Content you generate is yours. It is isolated to your account and not shown to other users.
Acceptable use
You agree to use OFGenerator within these terms and applicable law. Accounts that violate them may be suspended.
